The VI Creators Program is an initiative designed to empower and support emerging creative talent in the Virgin Islands. Through workshops, mentorship, and networking opportunities, this program provides a platform for aspiring artists, filmmakers, musicians, writers, and other creatives to develop their skills, build their portfolios, and launch their careers.

Omar Ewen
President, Program Director
Singer, musician, life coach, youth mentor and spiritual leader. As president and founder of ElevateWi, Omar works tirelessly towards the goal of a thriving performing arts scene in the Virgin Islands and wider Caribbean. It is a firm belief that creative expression is critical to our people experiencing the mental and emotional healing we need to become our best selves and fulfill our passions.
Since 2021, Omar has been steering ElevateWi to its ultimate goal: Providing the incubator for young Virgin Islands artists that his generation never had.
Trevonne Homer
Program Coordinator
With over 15 years of experience in project management, event coordination, and community building, Trevonne has a proven track record of success in both the public and non-profit sectors.
She is the founder of QualiT Management Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in early-stage business support, and owns AskaHomer Wellness, where she helps to guide individuals to optimal well-being through holistic health coaching and personalized wellness services. She is passionate about creating spaces where individuals feel safe to explore their creativity, express their authentic selves, and achieve their full potential.
